  • Coffee or Dessert portions?
Coffee Serves Coffee portions are half the size of dessert portions are approximately 1" x 1" x the height of the cake. These are ideal if your cake is being served after a full meal or as part of a dessert table. Dessert Serves Dessert portions are approximately 1" x 2" x the height of the cake, perfect when the cake is the main dessert offering at your event. Tip: If you're hosting a three-course meal, coffee serves are usually enough. If the cake is being served as its own course, we recommend dessert serves for a more generous portion.
